Sinopsis

“Sounds of Origin” is Hetty Naaijkens’ newest documentary on the Indos who introduced rock ‘n roll to the Netherlands. The film is an in-depth documentary on the impact of the turbulent history of the Dutch-East Indies upon Indo musicians and how they in turn influenced contemporary pop music in the Netherlands.
